Sometimes you have to wait awhile to receive the items you have bought but I have always received what I have ordered in very good condition

I ordered a mattress. It said single but they later changed it to small single. And that was the problem! It's a small single and thus too small for my son's bed. All well when I first contacted costumer service over a month ago! I have just been told that the retail doesn't want to take it back because I open it! So costumers have no right to return? There was no mention of that! I am now stuck with a mattress I don't need and will of course not be refund.
I am looking to make an official claim.
They need to be responsible for selling the products!
Not buying from them again!
You have just now told me that the supplier doesn't want to take it back because of cross contamination! What I am? 4 years old? This is insulting! No grounds to claim cross contamination nor my business was with the supplier! THE SUPPLIER IS NOT MY PROBLEM!
UPDATE: They have given me a refund. Just a shame it had to come down to a bad review!

Appalling service. I had a desk delivered 12th April which I paid for in February. The desk arrived delivery damaged and was abandoned on my drive when my partner refused to accept it without me seeing the state it was in. A huge impact hole punched through the box. While he was shouting me, 3 minutes maximum, the driver dumped it and left. Called Brandalley immediately who asked for photos which I sent. They agreed to collect within days. Didn't happen. Had to call again and finally collected on 19th April but driver had no paperwork to confirm pickup. Still no £175 refund and I have been told I have to wait 14 working days -6th May- and now still no refund because it's not arrived back at warehouse. Completely unprofessional and borderline theft of my money at this point.

I love Brand Alley. I really feel like I am getting a bargain. Such good quality items at great prices. I have so far introduced 5 people to this site. I can buy with confidence in my own home

Order to delivery time is awful. I ordered 2 items from same sale (Paul smith). One item has arrived ... I ordered them both together at end of feb! The box the leather PS trainers arrived in was damaged (not good when they’re a gift!). On inspection they’re lovely but I’m not 100% sure genuine. Have bought lots of Genuine PS items and there’s something not quite right. Sounds like too much of a bargain... it’s usually not true!

Bought a lot of things from this website,great discounts on good quality items. I was disappointed recently when the cushions I ordered were no longer available. I did receive a £10 voucher which was ok.

Within the last year I have had two cancelled orders. The thing is I had to contact BrandAlley to see where my order was and the next day I get notification from PayPal telling me I have refund from you. It would be better when you find out that your supplier has not got the goods to contact customers immediately. It not just about the refund it’s about people needing to know what’s going on.


I ordered a 'Brown Hugo Boss Icon Reversible Belt' with HB icon buckle, but was sent a black belt with no HB icon buckle. I told you if you don't have what you put on your web site, just give a refund instead of sending any old thing. You said it is just 'a case of human error (a mis-pick in the warehouse)'. And you emailed me referencing a refund rather than resending the correct item??? Either you don't have it in your warehouse or you can't be bothered to send correct item as it with cost you further postage. Either way it is very poor customer service and has left my son very disappointed.

The quality of one of the items was embarrassing! It looked like I had thrown it together and made it myself. What Brandalley are selling as designer with a high RRP is misleading as the quality does not match that of the original price, therefore they are clearly selling knock off stuff in some areas.

Very disappointed,place an order of three items and I only got two of them. Paid for next day delivery ,the parcel arrived four days later. I am still waiting to see if I get the last item or a refund, they keep asking for things from me but,they don't do nothing to some the problem.Was a nice surprise, in the end I got my money back. Shame for the missing item, the rest was top. I will keep shopping from them an I hope that was a one time problem
